A neophyte in Journalism won first place!

     A third year neophyte in Journalism won first place in the Filipino News writing contest.
     Jessica Sanchez of Lapasan National High School won by trying her luck just after listening to the resource speaker. She bested Senior and more experienced student editors from public and private schools in Northern Mindanao.
     It happened on December 18, 2012 at Science National High School.
